For a more relaxed and peaceful experience, the zoo turns down the noise and crowds on these days:

June 8th, 3-5 PM
June 22nd, 3-5 PM
Can’t make it? No worries! The zoo also offers sensory bags everyday to help if things ever feel a bit too overwhelming.
For a chill visit, they recommend coming during off-peak hours.
