The Performing Arts Academy in Newcastle provides an opportunity for people with learning disabilities to learn skills in stage performance and theatre production. Members of the Academy are supported by professional arts workers to develop their acting and/or dance skills and to work towards their own original performances that will be showcased live at The Twisting Ducks theatre nights and on tours.
