This is an experience sharing workshop for people with a disability to share their stories and feel more confident.

We would like to invite people to be a part of this work by sharing their stories and experiences of Hate Crime.

It is a two day workshop starting on the 25th of February and then the 5th of March. People will need to be able to attend both workshops and have a personal experience of hate crime.  There is also an opportunity to help present the work in schools in future sessions.

The first session, on 25th February 2014 is a ‘getting to know each other session’. The second session, on 5th March is for filming stories and creating the booklet that will go into schools to help children learn about Hate Crime.

Each session runs from 10.30am until 3pm at Skills for People, Key House, Jesmond.
