Highly reputable film company is keen to meet people for small speaking roles in a feature film shooting in Newcastle in Sept/Oct 2018. No previous experience necessary! Just interest in trying out, and enthusiasm. The characters are in one or two scenes with one of the film’s central characters, who works as a care worker.

Characters

• One character is a woman in her 70s, bright, warm, considerate, a twinkle in her eye, genuine wheelchair user
• The other character is a man in his 20s, who has a significant motor impairment (not specified in the script, and would vary depending on who we cast) and he requires care in his home.
• When we see him he’s having a low day, and is frustrated and angry, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable tapping into those emotions.

Filming would be on location in Newcastle, and auditions and filming would require travel within the city (We are delighted to help with those arrangements if required).
