These Workshops are for family carers of people with severe learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge, who are interested in becoming Local Champions or Family Link Volunteers. These roles involve representing the CBF (the Challenging Behaviour Foundation) at events, and supporting other family carers via telephone and email. The Workshops are a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the CBF and behaviour support, and to socialise with other family carers.

Welcome to the workshop between March 26th-27th and April 23rd-24th in Newcastle. And the deadline for applications is March 6th. Please go hurry if you want to attend.

For more information about the Workshops, visit our website: www.challengingbehaviour.org.uk/cbf-articles/latest-news/newcastle-volun.... Or email volunteering@thecbf.org.uk, or call Jessie on 01634 838739.

We will also be showing our film, Everybody Matters, on the evening of April 23rd. We would be very grateful if you could publicise this among professionals, students or family carers who might be interested. Email: communications@thecbf.org.uk to find out more.
