The Three Tuns
Situated near the historic market town of Barnard Castle, which is less than 10 minutes away by car, we are en route to Middleton-in Teesdale and of course the popular outstanding natural waterfalls High Force and Low Force. Surrounded by this stunning green dale, our restaurant and beer garden have a perfect view to be able to kick back, relax and take it all in.
The Three Tuns is often referred to in many local walking guides as an excellent starting point, but we think we make an excellent finishing point too! Walkers are welcome to park up in either of our car parking areas and return for some well earned refreshments! Our huge hello not only extends to our human guests but to our canine variety too, where all well behaved pooches on a lead are very welcome in our bar area and beer garden.
