Swimming

If you are living with dementia or care for someone who does, come along and take part in one of our Dementia friendly swimming sessions.

From babies to adults it's never too early or late to join our aqualearn swimming programme. Sign up at any time and progress at your own pace. Prices start from just £19 per month which includes unlimited general swimming so you can practice what you learn as much as you like.

Follow in the footsteps of Olympic medal-winning Amy Tinkler and leap and tumble into the world of gymnastics. Start with gym classes for toddlers and watch your kids become gymnastic stars. South Durham Gymnastics offers something for everyone including adult sessions. 

Multi-sensory room 

Using all of your senses, step into an oasis of calm and discover a world that changes with every visit. Bubble tubes, sound-light floor, projectors, vibration water bed - why not book today?
