Gym
Whatever your level of fitness, or your goals, in our gym you can exercise in a way that best suits you. Our friendly gym staff will help you develop a training programme and, with ongoing support, we'll help you achieve your goals.

Functional training
We would like to introduce a new dedicated functional training area for customers and are proposing to close one of the squash courts to create this space. We'd welcome customer views on the proposal and would encourage visitors to please fill in a comment card and hand in at reception. For further details please contact a member of staff.

Memberships
Join today and enjoy a fully inclusive health and fitness package offering use of the gym, steam room and exercise classes. You can also take out a top-up package to include free swimming at Freeman's Quay Leisure Centre.

Courts and pitches
Smash, score or slam dunk to victory when you hire our sports hall or courts. Book today and enjoy a game of badminton, basketball, football, netball, short tennis, squash or table tennis. A 3G outdoor floodlit pitch is also available.

Children and young people
Gym membership for young people, martial arts classes, outdoor play area, skatepark and holiday activities - there's lots for your family to do.

Children's parties
Leap and jump into your birthday with a bouncy castle party. A variety of exclusive packages are available.
