The Jolly Fisherman on the Quay is the sister to the renowned Jolly Fisherman Craster. Our aim is to create a pub and restaurant that you would be happy to visit in all seasons, with excellent food and drinks, and a warm, cosy atmosphere.

We want each venue to have a unique selling point, something we’ve achieved in Craster with the best view in Northumberland and now on the Quayside, with our incredible views of the iconic Tyne Bridge and Sage Gateshead. With only the best fish and game from our local suppliers, there’s nowhere quite like the Jolly.
