Hedley's Sport boasts some of the North East’s most successful disabled sports clubs that compete at national level and you could be part of it!

Our aim is to develop and deliver high quality coaching and create sporting opportunities in a range of sports for all.

Whether it’s powerchair football, wheelchair basketball, martial arts or boccia, Hedley's Sport works to increase disabled people’s participation in sport.

Based in Killingworth, the academy also offers coaching in schools and can develop and deliver packages for both mainstream and specialist schools.

We also offer training courses, including disability awareness, as well as holiday schemes and specialist projects.

Hedley's Sport is proud of its partnership with seven-time BBL champions Newcastle Eagles, who help us increase the opportunities for people to take part in wheelchair basketball, regardless of whether they are disabled or not.
