Swimming
Laps, lessons, floats and fun - swim at our two pools and enjoy time in the water. Swimming is a great low impact way to get fit and stay fit. Dementia Friendly Swimming
If you are living with dementia or care for someone who does, come along and take part in one of our Dementia friendly swimming sessions, Learn to swim From babies to adults it's never too early or late to join our aqualearn swimming programme. Sign up at any time and progress at your own pace. Prices start from just £19 per month which includes unlimited general swimming so you can practice what you learn as much as you like.

Gym
Whatever your level of fitness, or your goals, in our gyms you can exercise in a way that best suits you. Our friendly gym staff will help you develop a training programme and, with ongoing support, we'll help you achieve your goals. Contact us to book a gym tour. Freeman's Quay gym is run in partnership with Lifestyle Fitness.

Swimming galas
Freeman's Quay regularly hosts swimming galas for the swimming club and local schools. This sometimes means disruption to swimming times. Please note: All timetables are subject to change without notice. We advise customers to check with individual centres to confirm session availability in advance.
