The Theatre staff were very friendly, there is good access for wheelchairs with ramps at main entrance and throughout the theatre. The disabled car parking spaces are opposite the main entrance. They have a lift to access the upstairs theatre and function room. There are 3 disabled toilets including one upstairs.  There is a bar with seating area, this is only open on theatre nights. They also have a coffee shop called Little Gallery Coffee Shop which is open to anyone during the day with friendly staff.  They have a selection of hot & cold sandwiches, homemade cakes and hot/cold drinks (magazines/newspapers available to read in cafe). They also have afternoon tea available.

The Theatre hold Weddings, room hire for training, Dance fitness classes, Conference and meeting rooms. Theatre hire is also available.

The  theatre has lots of different shows including comedy, musicals, tribute bands and pantomime.
