Local charity Helix Arts are offering a host of free, creative online sessions for older adults as part of Age UK North Tyneside's Spring into Action programme. 

They are inviting you to make art together with a range of different artists every Tuesday - some of these will also lead to regular sessions during April and May. All the art created in sessions will be shared & celebrated in a digital exhibition on www.helixarts.com.
