Allsortz is a Gateshead Council initiative, this is an assessed service that offers  for adults with learning disabilities and autism  the opportunity to gain vocational experience in a creative setting.

Allsortz upcycle and reuse discarded items in  innovative and useful ways and then resell them. Team members learn about caring for the environment, realise the value of recycling and  the environmental impact of waste. Skill development includes renovating furniture, following systems of work, accessing the internet, making useful items to resell, arranging sales events and selling to the public.

Allsortz  enables people to develop their  independence through its activities leading to friendships and community involvement.
