There is level access and all screens are suitable for wheelchair users owing to the multiple lifts within the complex. There are disabled toilets and Guide dogs are permitted within the cinema and in the shops and restaurants. An infra-red sound system is installed in each screen auditorium for people who are hard of hearing and ​a lightweight headset is available at the cinema Box Office. In addition, for those blind or partially sighted certain films are provided with a separate Audio Description dialogue track where the actions or body language for example are described alongside the dialogue.
