TLC,  Just for Me - Gentle (chair based) Exercise and Relaxation classes

Newcastle Disability Forum has secured funding to provide some free gentle chair based exercise and relaxation sessions

What: 5 x 1 hour sessions, followed by tea and time to chat

When: Every Thursday from 23rd February - 23rd  March, inclusive 2 - 4 pm

Where: At Newcastle Disability Forum, The Dene Centre, Castles Farms Road (opposite the Freeman Hospital);

Cost: Free

Who can attend: Elderly and disabled people and carers who are resident in Newcastle

Parking: Free onsite parking with several disabled parking bays

Bus services: 18, 38, 52 and the 553
