Jack's going to be busy in March with two new 10 week courses starting on Thursday 1 March - one in Gateshead in the morning and one in our new office in Newcastle in the afternoon.

Both are for men with learning disabilities who want to know more about health, relationships and keeping well.

Some of the things we'll be looking at are:

  • Wellbeing – what does it mean?
  • Style
  • Healthy Living
  • Our bodies
  • Attraction
  • Appearance v Personality
  • Fancy or Friend?
  • Sexuality
  • Public and private places.

The 10 week course in Gateshead begins on Thursday 1 March from 10.00am to 12.00pm at Winlaton Base, Winlaton Centre, North Street, NE21 6BY and has been kindly funded by The Gateshead Fund at Tyne & Wear and Northumberland Community Foundation.

The 10 week course in Newcastle also begins on Thursday 1 March from 1.30pm to 3.30pm at Good Space, Second Floor, Commercial Union House, Pilgrim St, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 6QE (opposite the Tyneside Cinema) and has been kindly funded by The Big Lottery Fund.
