From 11 April 2018, Citizens' Advice North Tyneside will be hosting weekly advice sessions at two different venues. Advice will include Employment and Support Allowance and Universal Credit, which will be rolled out in North Tyneside in May of this year.

Whitley Bay Customer First Centre - Every Tuesday - 1:30 - 4:30pm

Whitley Bay Big Local Shop - Every Thursday - 2:00 - 5:00pm
