Hi My name is Sara Gibbeson, I share the role of Project Manager with Sally Evans.
My role involves working closely with the FANE team to oversee all aspects of the project. This can be anything from supporting friendship finders with seed planting on the farm or meeting with an area manager from a local business, to developing new training workshops or writing funding bids. There's never a dull moment!
Sally and me work well together and share all of the project manger jobs throughout the week. One of my favorite aspects of the role is working on training resources and developing interesting and interactive ways to enable people to understand all aspects of making and keeping friends. My background in art and design really helps with this and I really enjoy exploring creative ways to to make learning enjoyable for everyone on the project.
